Zain Nomani serves as the Managing Partner at The Law Offices of Nomani & Nomani, exhibiting a deep commitment to his community by assisting migrants from Southeast Asia and beyond in navigating the complexities of immigration law within the United States.
A native Houstonian, Zain follows in the esteemed footsteps of his father, the retired Honorable Judge Burhan U. Nomani.
Zain pursued his legal education at Thurgood Marshall School of Law, graduating early and achieving success by passing the inaugural Uniform Bar Exam in February 2021. His certifications extend to Intellectual Property Law, and he holds a certification in Oil & Gas Industry Operations and Markets.
At present, Zain balances the workload of Immigration cases and civil matters encompassing Personal Injury, Contract Disputes, and Divorce cases. Despite his busy schedule, Zain is unwavering in his commitment to providing clients with exceptional customer service. Even on weekends, he devotes his time to working on behalf of his clients, firmly believing that delivering the utmost effort is integral to fulfilling the responsibilities of his profession.
